THE SECRET

The secret.

The real secret to body transformation.

Not some marketing bullshit, but the truth.

The truth is that you CANNOT improve your body without improving everything else.

Only those who have achieved what you want to achieve know this secret.

Only the ones who have been there and done that know the truth.

Here's what I mean.

There are millions of people trying to lose weight and get in shape.

And MOST of them fail.

MOST.

And the reason is because they refuse to improve on every level.

This isn't just about buying a nutrition program and a workout program.

it is about follow through.

The process is uncomfortable.

The process is painful.

And you must ask yourself.

Do you have what it takes to endure the pain?

To make a commitment and follow through?

To re-commit when things get hard?

To sacrifice what needs to be sacrificed.

To be patient.

To be disciplined.

There are skills, virtues, that will carry you forward to new levels in life.

And along this journey, you will be FORCED to develop and strengthen them or you will fail.

It is as simple as that.

When you make a commitment to yourself to finally lose the weight.

You are making a commitment to loose the bullshit excuses holding you back.

To lose the self limiting beliefs, the stories you tell yourself, and the lies you tell yourself.

You are making a commitment to take full responsibility for your body and the results you are getting.

And if you can't fully commit to improving on every level, you aren't fully committed.

If that's you, keep listening to Dr oz, keep buying your antioxidants, and keep being fat.

But as soon as you are ready to do what it takes, don't hesitate.

Hire a trainer, a coach, or a nutritionist who can help you.

But beware of someone selling you the paradise and not the pain.

Because the paradise is achieved by going directly through the pain.

There is no way around it.

Support Systems

Do you have anyone in your life who will call you on your bullshit excuses and get you back on track?

Might be time to level up your social circle.

Time to start building a support system around you full of people who;

Love you for who you are and who you are working to be

Support you in the life you are creating

Push you to be more in all areas

Call you on your shit

Challenge your assumptions

Ignite your passions

This is called a support system.

I always considered myself a lone wolf.

I thought I had to do it all alone.

I thought asking for help made me weak.

In reality I was blind to all the people I was already leaning on for support.

I allowed my ego to blind me to all the amazing people who have so much of their time, energy, and money.

Now my eyes are open.

Now I can see the power of association.

Now I am consciously surrounding myself with people who are pushing for more out of life.

Consider;

Will you think more positively being surrounded by negative people having negative conversations?
-NO-
Will you show more gratitude being surrounded by ungrateful people complaining about life?
-NO-
Will you eat better and exercise being surrounded by healthy fit people also striving to improve?
-YES-
Will you treat other with more kindness and love being surrounded by others who love freely?
-YES-
Will your life reflect greatly the values and influence of your closest friends?
-YES-
If you were to surround yourself with people striving to DOMINATE life, would you take greater action to DOMINATE life.

How do you surround yourself with the right people?

Inspire those around you to change.

Bring into your life people who are also striving for more.

Join a group. Join an organization. Go to a class. Hire someone.

Do what it takes to get someone to speak positivity and inspiration into your life.

It will push you to become someone greater and you wont even realize it.

This will help you;

Become Truly Strong.

Love Pain

:: Daily Domination ::

How do you make choices?

-Based on what feels good now?

-Based on a long term vision?

Occasionally those 2 line up, but not often, and not without planning.

The choices required to move toward a long term vision include lots of pain and discomfort.

You must train yourself to LOVE the pain of progressing, the pain of moving forward, the pain of pushing past your old threshold.

Then the pain becomes pleasure.

And when your pain becomes your pleasure, you'll know you are flat out crazy as hell and you're going to see some serious results.

How do you make the shift?

The mind is honestly an amazing tool that creates our reality.

But it will believe what you tell it over and over again.

So number one, start telling yourself that you love exercise.

Start telling yourself, you love eating healthy.

Start telling yourself whatever you need to tell yourself to get the job done.

"I love the pain!"

Consider this;

Which person do you think will stick to the plan, continually move forward, and get results.

The one that tell himself, "I love the process of getting healthy!" - even though he doesn't.

or

The one that tells himself, "I hate the process of getting healthy!" -and he does.

Not a hard question.

What are you thinking every day?

What are you telling yourself every day?

What are you choosing to focus on?

What are you allowing yourself to feel each day?

All of these have a HUGE impact on the results of your life!

So if you want to dominate your day, this year, and your life, start brainwashing yourself to love pain.

Another Birthday...

I have hated every birthday over the last few years.

I have not wanted to celebrate my birthday the last few years.

I have been content get wasted on my birthday the last few years.

I have tried to drink away the shame I feel on my birthday each year.

Why?

Because I was ashamed that I let another year go by where I was not living up to my potential.

I was embarrassed because I was not creating the life I knew I wanted.

I was angry because I was not living up the standards I set for myself last birthday.

I was pissed because I knew I had no one else to blame but myself.

You see,

I remember on my birthday last year sitting with my brother at Mellow Mushroom talking about what I wanted to accomplish by my next birthday.

A process I do every birthday.

A process I recommend.

However, I recommend one goal in particular.

To become.

My goals were not to do anything, or have anything.

My goals were focused on BECOMING.

I knew that in order to create the life I wanted, it would require me to BECOME someone.

To become better.

To become STRONGER.

To become faster.

To become more.

This was a new concept to me, so my mind was scattered as I wrote my goals down.

Well, I got distracted for most of the year as the parties got bigger and better.

Luckily something woke me up to the fact that the life I was creating wasn't what I wanted.

Woke me up to the fact that where I was going was nowhere I wanted to be.

Woke me up to the fact that I had so much more to offer.

Woke me up to the fact that there was a entirely new level of life I hadn't even considered.

Now, as I approach my birthday again, I am more hopeful than ever before for one simple reason.

I am moving and progressing daily to the life I actually want.

It started with getting clear on what it was that I wanted and what exactly I didn't want.

Next, actually taking action toward the goals I set for myself.

(Important side not, not trying to run a marathon Day 1, but starting slow and always moving forward)

Now, the main goal I set for myself is just to improve.

Is just to move forward a little every day.

Is just to learn each time I get knocked down.

Is just to stand up every time I'm down.

This is the foundation for a process I call Becoming Truly Strong.

And this is my point to this post.

I used to set all of these amazing goals for myself, and every birthday when I didn't live up to those goals, I would feel like shit.

Now I only have one main goal that carries me through the year.

A Ruthless and Relentless Commitment to Progression.

To Becoming Truly Strong.

This process does not include comparing yourself to others.

This process does not include beating the shit out of yourself for failing.

This process DOES include competing with no one but yourself.

This process DEOS include taking small steps forward each day.

No more being a victim.

No more being entitled.

No more blaming.

It's easy to Blame

It's so easy to blame...

it's so hard to take responsibility.

I've got insane respect for anyone who is even trying to take responsibility for their actions.

I've got insane respect for anyone who is even trying to move forward and progress.

I've got insane respect for anyone who is willing to look at their life and don't see anything else but what they have created.

I find it hard to feel sorry for anyone who bitches about their life, but is unwilling to take accountability and responsibility for creating the situation they are bitching about.

Step one is no longer allowing yourself to be blind to the fact that the circumstances of your life were created by you.

Yes, there are situations outside your control, but that does not mean you did not have a hand in creating it.

Don't take the easy road.

Daily Domination

Nothing Feels Better than DOMINATION!

Complete and total domination.

Doesn't matter what it is.

A workout.

A pick up game of basketball.

An interview.

A project.

An exam.

DOMINATION FEELS GOOD AS HELL!

Makes you want to pound your chest and

"sound my barbaric yawp over the roofs of the world" (Walt Whitman)

How do I keep this feeling?

How do I continue to dominate?

How do I dominate life every day?

It starts with your routines, your habits, your systems, your rituals.

You MUST - this is not a maybe -

You MUST implement systems into your life that support you to DOMINATE consistently.

Otherwise, you dominate inconsistently,

or you don't dominate at all.

I'm not ok with that.

And in today's world, to have it all, to reach your paradise, it's gonna take DAILY DOMINATION!

Now fast forward 10, 20, 30 years.

I want to know I gave life EVERYTHING I had.

I am done living in the un-alterable past.

I am done living in the make-believe future.

I am done drifting through life.

I am done half-assing life.

I am ready to do what it takes to DOMINATE.

-Daily workout

-Daily green smoothie

-Daily Meditation

These action bring POWER.

It takes immense power to dominate.

To implement the right Strategy, with Intensity, with Consistency.

To Grind - To Focus - To Hustle - daily

You MUST Do what it takes to Dominate every Day to build the life you want.

Earn Your Blessings

I can understand why people are mad at God.

I used to be.

One reason was a messed up understanding of blessings.

Some people think blessings are just given away.

I used to.

That you wake up every morning to see what blessings were left under the tree.

But blessings are not gifts.

They are not freebies.

They are not feely given.

Blessings are earned.

You are not entitled to blessings.

Blessings require -Hustle- -Grind- & -Focus-

Here is lesson #1 on blessings.

You obtain blessings only by commitment to the law upon which it was predicated.

Meaning you've got to apply;

Sacrifice

Patience

HARD WORK

Consistency

Focus

Intensity

etc.

Don't believe this nonsense that you deserve blessings.

Or that you are entitled to blessings.

You have the exact blessings you have earned

No more

No less

If all you do is pray for a healthy fit body, it wont ever happen.

You must get in line with the principle of HARD WORK, consistency, focus etc.

You will transform only to the extent that you are obedient to these principles.

This is true for all area of life.

Fitness

Finance

Family

Faith.

Go out and earn your blessings.

CLARITY is POWER

There are a few topics I will NEVER stop PREACHING!

--> Clarity is Power

--> Do the Work

--> Progress is Perfection

--> Pain Purpose Power and Paradise

--> Strategy-Intensity-Consistency

First Up --> Clarity!

How do we get Clarity?

Like with everything else, WE DO THE WORK!

It all starts with getting clear on who you are, where you are, where you want to be.

As soon as you know those answers you'll have clarity on;

The starting line

The finish line

And if you know yourself, you'll know what it's gonna take to get there.

Maybe you need the right strategy, accountability, support system, the right trainer, coach, whatever.

I know where I'm going.

I have my goals all over my walls.

I've invested in coaches and trainers, because the life I am committed to creating is worth the investment.

Do you know where you're going?

Have you invested in yourself?

Is the life you want worth investing in?

Have you taken control of your life and where you're going?

If you're not in control of where you're going, don't be mad when you end up somewhere you don't want to be.

Doing the work to answer those questions is worth the effort.

Clarity is Power.

This applies to EVERY area of life.

My specialty Body Transformations.

Get clear on the level of health you want.

Get clear on the body you want.

Commit to making it happen and do the work.

Every day re-commit to making it happen and do the work.

If you hit a speed bump, re-commit to making it happen and do the work.

If you hit a plateau, re-commit to making it happen and do the work.

If you have a bad day or week or year, re-commit to making it happen and do the work.

Do the work.

It starts with getting clarity on;

who you are

where you are

what you want

Consistency is King

The Fitness triangle

This works 100% of the time.

This is law!

It's like gravity.

Eat right.

Sleep right.

Exercise right.

You will get fit.

So why is 75% of the US overweight?

Not because the exercise programs are broken.

Not because the Nutrition plans are broken.

Not because sleep is broken.

It's YOU

There are a million STRATEGIES online.

Anyone can bring the INTENSITY for a week.

But can you do it CONSISTENTLY?

In today's world of instant gratification, consistency is KING!

If you don't have the power to stay consistent, you need a trainer, a coach, a support group, or new systems.

If you are older than 12 and are not healthy and fit, it's time to ask for help.

Commit to someone who wont let you fail.

Commit to someone who cares about your health as much as you do.

But no one can do the work for you.

Take one step today;

Option #1) Go to your fridge and throw away all soda.

Option #2) Go to your pantry and throw away all your cookies.

Option #3) Go outside and walk for an hour.

Option #4) Drink a big ass smoothie that's 90% spinach and/or kale.

This is a game of action.

A game of consistent action.

Do it

Do it

Do it.

Mental Masturbation.

Mental Masturbation

Here's how I used to operate.

think

think more

think more and more

think more and some more

think some more with a little bit of thinking.

keep thinking and thinking and thinking and thinking.

6 months later and I am still thinking and have done NOTHING.

Here is how I operate NOW.

ACTION

more action

more and action and some more action

take more action with a little bit of action.

keep taking action and taking action and taking action.

I have only had this mindset for 3 weeks and have accomplished more in 3 weeks than I did in 6 months.

Planning is important

Strategy is important.

But there will NEVER be results until there is ACTION.

DO THE WORK!

No One is Perfect

No One is Perfect.

NO ONE!

Especially not me. (see picture)

When I used to make one little mistake, I would throw a tantrum, hit the self destruct button, and blow my results to pieces.  I see so many people do the same thing every time they mess up.

Stop beating yourself up for gaining weight, or messing up on your diet, or not hitting the gym enough.

It happened. Move on.

I see the following happen WAY too often.

Someone has a bad day, eats a little too much, and gains a half a pound.

They start to beat themselves up about it and throw an internal pity party.

Next thing you know they are spiraling out of control eating THOUSANDS of calories!

Obviously this makes no sense.

You hit a speed bump, so you decide to blow up the car and burn it down.

NO!

Acknowledge the mistake.

Learn from it.

Forgive yourself.

MOVE FORWARD!

This is progress.

PROGRESSION is PERFECTION.

You are only human and all anyone can do is their best,

but your best will only improve if you learn from your mistakes!

You MUST commit to learning from your mistakes, because it is the only way to improve.

And the only way to reach new levels of fitness is to improve.

#1) Acknowledge you messed up.

#2) Learn the patterns of those mistakes to prevent them in the future.

#3) MOVE ON and MOVE FORWARD!

PAIN

PAIN...PAIN...PAIN....

My methods are not the norm.

My methods are not the usual.

My methods are not the typical.

And that is why the results my clients get are not the norm, the usual, or the typical.

My old method was to preach the -Nutrition-Exercise-Recovery Triangle- as the foundation of getting results.

I still teach it, but not as the foundation, because it's empty without the ACTION.

And the only thing that motivates action is PAIN and PLEASURE.

Nutrition plans, exercise plans, and supplements don't motivate anything.

Unfortunately, there are millions of people who buy supplements, nutrition plans, health coaching, training, workout plans etc thinking it will do the work for them. Some of my current clients.

They are not ready to get Real Radical RESULTS for Life, and I'm done working with them.

The path I will take you on is far more empowering.

Step #1 to awaken to the PAIN.

To teach the pain

To preach the pain

To channel the pain into POWER.

WAKE UP - If you are overweight, I know you are in pain. I know you are having a hard time. I know things have not been easy. And more than anything else, I know your health is affecting every aspect of your life.

Your self confidence--What would happen in your life if this improved.

Your energy level--What would happen if this increased

Your emotional state--What would happen is you chose to be happy!

How would these areas affect your;

Social Life - confidence and energy to engage in LIFE to a level you have not been able.

Relationships- your ability to maintain, improve, or create meaningful relationships comes down to self love.

Finances- your energy level, capacity to produce, and perform at a job comes down to mental focus and energy.

So many areas of your life can be CATAPULTED FORWARD or DRAGGED DOWN depending on your fitness.

And awakening to the intense PAIN you are not acknowledging is step #1.

Without a firm understanding and acknowledgement of the pain you are in,

you will not have the POWER to endure the pain it will take to fight your way to PARADISE.

Awaken to your Pain.

Channel it into Power

Seize your Paradise.

Flexibility

Flexibility.... Flexibility....Flexibility

Stretching is like flossing; Everyone knows they should do it, but only the elite do it!

But why is this important?

Stretching RESULTS in a larger range of motion, and a greater capacity for movement.

The increased capacity for movement and motion is FREEDOM!

There is a staggering amount of people who cannot even touch there toes, if that's you, listen up.

YOU ARE SLOWLY BEING IMPRISONED IN YOUR BODY!

When you were born you were CRAZY flexible. Ever seen a baby throw its foot in its mouth?

Now fast forward a few years. Kids are flexible, but less so.

Fast forward to today? How flexible are you?

If the trend continues, and nothing changes, you will begin to become less and less flexible until;

YOU BECOME TRAPPED IN YOUR BODY!

Seriously. I've worked with too many people who let their health go, and flexibility was the last thing on their mind.

As a result they can't move sufficiently to perform the exercises they need to to reverse their health's downward spiral.

The last thing on their mind comes to the forefront when they realize they CAN'T MOVE!

LESSON:

#1) Stretch your body every day. -Start today.

#2) Take care of the little things NOW before they become HUGE problems!

PAIN to PARADISE

Exercising is the process of overcoming resistance again and again and again.

In the gym we experience resistance as a dumbbell, barbell, cable, or bodyweight.

We subject ourselves to this resistance AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN until it burns like hell.

WHY DO WE DO THIS?

We are not only subjecting ourselves to PAIN; we are consciously and purposefully creating this PAIN.

Why?

Because this momentary intense PAIN ultimately leads to pleasure.

PAIN --> PLEASURE

I would have you consider that PAIN is ALWAYS the precursor to pleasure and PARADISE.

Focusing on the PARADISE will lead you to experience PAIN in order to PROGRESS to your PARADISE.

This PLEASURE is not immediate, but comes through PROGRESSION.

This PLEASURE takes TIME and a lot of PAIN to realize.

The only thing that will push you through the PAIN is a crystal clear understanding of the ultimate PARADISE you are working toward.

Without a focus on your PARADISE you will have NO POWER to endure.

Without the POWER, the PAIN of the PROCESS is too great to endure.

Without the PAIN there is no PROGRESSION.

With no PROGRESSION there is NO PARADISE!.

Here is the secret!

GET CLEAR AND FOCUS ON YOUR PARADISE!

This clarity will give you POWER!

This POWER will allow you to overcome the PAIN that comes as a result of PROGRESSING toward your PARADISE!

There's the secret.

All you need is someone to give you the PROCESS.

Conner Day

PAIN POWER PROGRESS PARADISE

Your Body Drives Production

“It is better to live your own destiny imperfectly than to live an imitation of somebody else's life with perfection.”

What is your destiny? Your purpose? Your passion?

I would have you consider that living your destiny includes living in a body of health and fitness.

Ask yourself;

Will your production at work be greater or less if you improve your health and fitness?

Will your ability to connect with the people you care about be greater or less in a healthy and fit body?

Will your capacity to love yourself and love others be greater or less in a healthy and fit body?

Will the depth with which you engage in life be greater or less in a healthy and fit body?

And what if it was WAY more SIMPLE than you thought?

The process is SIMPLE, but not easy.

Your level of fitness and your level of health is completely intertwined with your body.

Your body is the game piece you have been given to journey through this journey of SCHOOL EARTH.

It is the medium through which you experience LIFE!

You cannot and will not experience life to the fullest level without spending time improving your body.

#1)-Drink your green smoothie EVERY DAY

#2)-Exercise EVER DAY!

#3)-Sleep 7+ hours EVERY DAY!

THIS IS THE FOUNDATION.

And if you take the time to build the foundation, you will be able to produce greater. To connect better. To love greater. To LIVE greater.

Get it done

Liberator vs Savior

I have made a MAJOR mistake in the way I have approached the Personal Training game and the Health Coaching game. The mistake is positioning myself as a Savior instead of the Liberator.

A Savior will carry you up the mountain when you fail.

A liberator will show you up the mountain and push you past failure.

I can LEAD anyone to awesome shape.

In fact I am looking for a challenge right now.

I want to take on someone who has tried EVERYTHING and can't reach the fitness they want.

If that is YOU or you know that person, send them my way. I NEED A CHALLENGE!

After studying nutrition and exercise for a decade, since I was a middle schooler, I know how to get YOU results.

However, in the past, I would hide the blood sweat and tears, and sell the dream. Positioning myself as the savior. And people would believe that I would do the work for them, and blame me for not losing weight. I had this experience the other day. A client said. "I ate over my calories this weekend and I haven't made it into the gym this week." And then come at me with, "I'm frustrated with the training because I think I've hit a plateau."

WHAT THE HELL?

You just told me you didn't make it into the gym besides our workouts twice a week, AND you just told me you ate too much.

AND YOU EXPECT ME TO FIX THINGS? That's not how this works.

That was my fault. I sold the dream. I didn't sell the hard work. The pain involved. It's harder to sell the pain.

Now I am being upfront.

This process is NOT EASY.

It is SIMPLE.

I can give you the strategy. A strategy that will get you RESULTS.

But I can only give you the strategy.

I CAN'T DO THE WORK FOR YOU.

I can only show you the way.

You have to DO THE WORK!

Vampire Mode and Zombie Mode

I started my journey into the realm of weight loss when I was a chubby little kid eating cotton-candy every day. No joke. I had an industrial size cotton candy machine that I would go around selling cotton candy with. The problem I had, the problem that plagues the drug dealing industry, is that I kept getting high on my own stash.

Yes cotton-candy is a drug, and yes it gets you high!

It's the good stuff. The pure stuff. THE SUGAR!

Getting high on sugar and food comes with it's own set of problems. You wont be high very long. You will crash. You will get addicted. And over time, your dependence on food will lead to you being overweight, and it will keep you there. I couldn't overcome my binge eating tendencies for a DECADE. I would start on a diet, see results, then EAT MY RESULTS AWAY. Why was I doing this? There were a few factors at play. I was having self-worth issues. I was motivating myself by telling myself, "You are not good enough." That mindset caused me to SABOTAGE myself.  If you tell yourself , "You are not good enough," you will prove yourself right every time. Those are topics for the upcoming blogs. Those are deeper layers. We are going to explore the first layer.

To make this work, I need you to consider that the #1 reason you do not have the body you want is that your mind, not your body, needs to change. It's not your genetics, your thyroid, or your big bones that are keeping you stuck. It is your mind. Of course the diet and exercise matter, but I can tell you this will 100% confidence-

If you change your mind, it is only a matter of time before your body reflects those changes.

back to my story. Why was I addicted to sugar? To mindless eating? To binge eating? The real reason was I was looking to fill myself with an emotion. Whenever I was Bored, Lonely, Angry, Stressed, or Tired, I would EAT, and I experienced that high. My stresses took a back seat and my mind shut off. I would either ravenously attack an ENORMOUS serving of food, but never feel full, or I would become a zombie mindlessly eating without even knowing why, snacking and snacking and snacking till I come out of my daze surrounded by crumbs and empty wrappers.

I call these 2 experiences VAMPIRE MODE and ZOMBIE MODE. Don't lie. You saw Twilight.  You love Vampires and know all about them And I know you've probably seen a dozen zombie movies. Vampire mode is an experience that came about was a result of depriving myself and trying to "diet". I could only take depriving myself for so long before I would just SNAP and destroy THOUSANDS of calories!

Zombie mode is an experiece that came from a pain button being triggered. Boredom. Loneliness. Anger. Stress. Anxiety. Most of us are operating on auto-pilot during the day, and negative emotions come up. If the emotions is allowed to stay with us, it leads to eating and eating and eating mindlessly like a zombie. For me, there was something happening subconsciously that pushed me toward numbing the pain of the day. We all have it and it pushes us toward different things. Drugs, alcohol, sugar, overeating, working out, rage, and so many more.

The solution isn't to eat less. Diets are restrictive in nature and you will eventually SNAP!

To see real lasting results, you can't be fighting yourself every day to maintain control.

The solution isn't a new diet. Your subconscious mind is telling you EAT EAT EAT!

The solution will start in two phases.

Phase #1 is changing your mindset toward eating healthy to take away the feeling of restriction. Next we will change the foods you eat, so you don't feel deprived and enter vampire mode. If you change the way you think while you change the foods you eat, you set yourself up for REAL LASTING CHANGE!

Phase #2 is reprogramming your subconscious mind to end the EAT EAT EAT zombie mindset. This is done through a process of shifting into conscious awareness whenever you are feeling the emotions that trigger these snack attacks. Self awareness is HUGE. Being consciously self aware will lead to MAJOR changes in all areas of your life. .

In order to see LASTING changes, you must change much more than just your behavior. If you keep the same mindset that got you into this situation you will be FIGHTING yourself every step of the way, and believe me IT DOESNT WORK! I tried it for a decade. It wasn't until I changed my mindset that my body really changed.

STAY STRONG!

Endurance

Endurance... Endurance... Endurance...

This is the aspect of my fitness that I struggled with the most, or rather the aspect I neglected the most.

I am a sprinter. My dad was a sprinter. My grandpa was a sprinter. I am a sprinter.

The first thing you gotta know about sprinters is that we don't like long distance. In fact, we hate it.

Give me some 200 meter sprints and I'll crush it. I'll kill it. I'll dominate it. But please God, don't give me an 800 or a mile!

And I told myself I hated endurance, but really I was just awful at it because I hadn't put in the time to get good at it. As a result I had no endurance. My mind was focused on the short game for years and years, and as a result I felt like I was SMASHING my head against a wall EVERY DAY I spent in the classroom. Every time I started a new workout. Every time I tried a new marketing process. Every time I started a different diet. Every time I met a new girl. Every time I got a new job. Every time I tried anything, I SPRINTED and burned out and gave up. I put in 10,000% effort non-stop for as long as I could expecting my long hours and extreme commitment to get me to the top of the mountain. But if you have ever climbed a mountain, you can't sprint to the top. There's no way.

It never even occurred to me that I was approaching life all wrong until I re-read the law of the harvest.

You cannot reap where you do not sow.

I was not sowing long enough and consistently enough to reap.

I was planting seeds for a few months and then forsaking them.

I never saw it until I took a step back.

I never saw it until I started meditating.

When I did I saw a pattern that wreaked havoc across my entire life again and again.

I may have had a long term plan or a long term vision, but I had no long term commitment. I was stuck in fear, in scarcity and I would shrink when times got tough and the thrill of a new adventure wore off. I did not have the endurance to keep moving forward. I did not have the power and the confidence to keep moving forward. I have now committed my fitness to improving my endurance and to train my mind and body to overcome these mental blocks. I am committed to winning in the long run and I will not allow anyone or anything stand in my way.  I have surrounded myself with people who are pushing for excellence. I will reach my peak because I have put myself in favorable conditions.

Train and endure the PAIN

Live up to your PURPOSE

Access POWER

Fight for your PARADISE

Pursue excellence and hold yourself to a higher standard.

Keep the big picture in mind!

What's Your Excuse?

Everyone wants a healthy fit body.

Everyone wants to look amazing and feel even better.

Everyone wants to achieve a high level of fitness.

After hundreds of nutrition consultations, fitness assessments, and training sessions, I have never heard anyone tell me they do not want to look and feel better. They have told me they don't have the time(bullshit), they have told me they don't have the money(bullshit), and they have told me they have to think about it(bullshit). The list goes on and on. What I never understood was why someone would tell me they want, more than anything, to get healthy, and then throw out the worst excuse of them all, "I don't have time."

The excuse of "no time" should never be used for anything.

The truth is that you have the time, but you prioritize other things ahead of it. This thinking has made you fat. This thinking has made you skip the gym. This thinking causes you to stay stuck.

When I get one of these excuses, all I hear is;

"I am choosing to be fat."

"I would rather be overweight than make the time."

"I would rather be obese than invest in myself and happiness."

"I am a pussy!"

This is what I hear when someone tells me their favorite excuse. So my question to them and to you is;

"Do you want to be healthy, or not?"

"Do you want something different or not?"

"Do you want to spend the rest of you life overweight, because that's what's going to happen if you don't change!"

"Are you done being a pussy?"

"Are you done with your bullshit excuses?"

If you want to change, are done with your bullshit excuses, follow me on this blog, google+, on youtube, or on Facebook where I will continue to support you on this journey, and trust me, you are going to need support. Change is simple. Getting in shape is simple. Neither are easy.
